Wednesday 10 AM: Classic (Balls, weights and bands) with Gina
Wednesday 1:30PM: Stretch and Move with Jessica --- Seated fun and dynamic movements led by positive energy instruction.
Thursday 10 AM: Classic with Gina --- Seated and Standing SilverSneakers training for functional movement designed for beginner and advanced fitness. You decide your perceived exertion level.-
